This website is provided by StandStand, Inc. By placing an order using the website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Only upon acceptance of the terms contained herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders.

StandStand takes no responsibility for damage to you or your property while you are using StandStand.



StandStand continues to manufacture and ship our desks during the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing has meant reduced access to our shop, delaying the shipment of some orders by up to two weeks. Please write to us at [email protected] with any questions or to get a delivery estimate on your order.



You are charged at the time of purchase for your StandStand.


Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to replace or refund your StandStand if you make that request to [email protected] within 30 days of its arrival. For any manufacturing defect, we pay the return shipping and will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement item. If you have changed your mind about the product or want to make a height exchange, you cover the cost of sending your StandStand back to us, and we’ll refund your purchase price or send you the new height.


Domestic Shipping (inside the USA)

Our team strives to get your StandStand in the mail as fast as possible. But we are a small business, and sometimes we run out of inventory or run into other small business problems. We ship most orders within one week.


Occasionally packages go missing. When this is the fault of the shipping vendor (we most often use USPS), StandStand will refund your purchase price or send a new StandStand. If you provide the wrong address and your StandStand goes missing, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.


International Shipping (outside the USA)

StandStand ships internationally! We regret the high cost of the postage, which is what we are changed to send your StandStand. In addition, please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are not able to collect any such charges or fees beforehand, and we cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
